You can travel all over Greece without restrictions. Оur cars run without restrictions. Driving outside of Greece and is not allowed. In case of malfunction of the car, we will certainly replace him, and our service is working 24 hours a day. Our consultants will help to resolve any issues and questions.

Requirements to rent:

1. The driver must have and provide a valid driver’s license issued at least one year ago. Citizens of countries outside the EU must have a valid international driving license along with the driver’s license of the country of residence.
2. Age – at least 23 years

Reservation: Reservation is based on vehicle category and not a specific car model. If there is no availability for confirmed reservations, VEGA reserves the right to offer the customer a vehicle of similar category.

Method of payment: payment can be done by bank transfer of money on Pay Pal account or make a payment in person in the preparation of the vehicle. The lessee is obliged to present a valid credit card, if you intend to travel by rental car on the island of the country. Car rental is confirmed by advance payment.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least twenty four (24) hours prior to renting a car in accordance with the reservation of a certain type of vehicle. If you want to cancel the order, the only possible way – through our site VEGA

In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:

• In the case of receipt of the notification, at least twenty four (24) hours prior to renting a car in accordance with the reservation made at the booking site, all funds will be reimbursed.
• In the event of notification of cancellation, which Vega receives less than twenty four (24) hours prior to renting a car in accordance with the reservation made at the booking site, its money will not be returned.

Refund or getting a car outside working hours is made with additional payment.

Traffic violations

Penalties: the responsibility for traffic violations and penalties carries the tenant.

Not covered by an accident during the rental period, which occurred after the expiry of the lease.

Also not covered: damage caused intentionally and negligently; damage caused by the breach of contract; damage caused by fire.

After returning the car with damages, the tenant is obliged to pay € 80.

Responsibility for violations are not caused by the driver card will not be charge. Return of the car is necessary to specify in the contract. To obtain and return the car outside of the city, an additional fee is 15 € + VAT, and 0.50 + VAT per km.

If the tenant does not pick up the car at the designated date and time without any written or telephone conversation, the reservation will be canceled after 3 hours and the car can be rented to other clients.

If the tenant wants to get a rental car after work hours Vega, this information should be specified at the time of booking. The fee for additional services will be withdrawn separately from the cost of the car.

Additional driver: free service
GPS: GPS Payment for 7 € / day with a maximum amount of 30 euros per rental. Available upon request.

Child seat: One child seat free of charge, the second child seat 5 € / day with a maximum amount of 50 euros per rental. Available upon request.
3G Modem 3 € / day with a maximum amount of EUR 30 for rent

Winter chain: 20 € per day.
Additional rack: € 30 per day.

Fuel
Rented car is provided with a full tank of fuel. The lessee is obliged to return the car with the same amount of fuel, as well as at the time of receipt. In the case of returning the car with less fuel, a tenant is removed the difference for the fuel. For vehicles with the amount of fuel that exceeds the norm than the time of receipt, a refund is not provided.
Accident
In the event of an accident The lessee is obliged to inform the company, as well as the police and report the accident from the police after the vehicle returns to the station. In the event of an accident due to the fault of the Lessee, to him will be withdrawn fee specified in the contract.
