Reservations:

All reservations are made according to the vehicle category and not for a specific model.
The company reserves the right to conclude a final rental agreement with the customer before the vehicle is delivered and reserves the right not to proceed with the rental.

Reservation Cancellations:

Cancellation of the reservation must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled date and time of the vehicle rental.
In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the vehicle rental or no-show, the deposit is not refunded.

Driver Age:

Minimum age limit for car categories A, B, C is 23 years and 25 years for the remaining categories.
Maximum age limit is 75 years.

Driving License:

A valid driving license for the Greek territory and the EU is required, issued at least 1 year before the start date of the rental. Citizens of non-EU countries are required to hold a driving license valid in both Greece and the European Union, or otherwise hold an international driving license which they are required to present together with the valid driving license issued in their country. Digital driving licenses issued by countries other than Greece or Cyprus will not be accepted.

Summons – Fines:

Summons and fines resulting from violations of the Highway Code are the responsibility of the Renter. The Renter is also responsible for paying the management costs, if applicable. The cost is €50.

Payment method:

The renter is required to provide a credit card as a guarantee for the rental, even if payment is made in cash. The rental is prepaid.

Deliveries – Pickups outside of operating hours:

Customer charge €30 per service.

Deliveries – Pickups outside of stations:

Deliveries and pickups outside of stations are made upon the customer’s request. The minimum charge is €15 per trip.

Fuel:

The renter must return the car with the same amount of fuel that was received. In case the car is returned with a smaller amount of fuel than the original (i.e. the amount of fuel that the customer received the vehicle) the customer is charged for the difference in fuel. No compensation is provided for the customer if the car is returned with a larger amount of fuel than was received.

Accident:

In the event of an accident, the customer is charged €50 for the costs of managing the accident file.

Insurance:

Vehicles are insured for third-party material damage per accident, third-party bodily injury per victim, material damage from an uninsured vehicle, vehicle transport from an accident.
A prerequisite is driving in accordance with the Highway Code.

No insurance covers damage to the interior of the vehicle, the windows, the underside and the tires and the theft of personal items from the interior of the vehicle.
Damage to the fabric roof cover (hood) of convertible cars is not covered.

Full insurance:

It is provided upon request of the customer and the price is proportional to the category of the car.

Roadside Assistance:

All cars are covered 24 hours by roadside assistance. In case it is deemed necessary to replace a vehicle, up to 24 hours are required for areas within the mainland, while for any other area within the Greek territory, a period of up to 72 hours is required.

Vehicle Cleanliness:

The renter is obliged to return the vehicle in the same state of cleanliness in which he received it, both inside and outside the vehicle.

If the car is returned dirty, the renter is charged €20 for washing.

In case the vehicle is returned in a condition that requires special cleaning (biological) beyond the usual washing and cleaning between rentals, the company reserves the right to impose a cleaning fee of €50 to €250, depending on the size of the vehicle, the extent of the pollution and the actual cost of restoration.

Car transport outside the borders:

It is prohibited to transport and drive the car outside the borders of the Greek Territory.

Car transport by boat:

Car transport by boat is only permitted with the written approval of the company.
If the company accepts the request, the renter can choose the additional coverage of the ferry transport (Ferry Fee) which costs €50. In any other case, the renter is fully responsible for any damages that may occur during the transport, regardless of any additional insurance coverage that was accepted and paid at the beginning of the rental.
